An event handler for plain h3 apps — v1 and v2 from one import.

For plain h3 apps:

Both h3 lines are supported from the one import: on h3 v2 (Nitro v3) the event already carries a web Request; on v1 (current Nuxt releases) the adapter reads the untouched bytes off the underlying Node stream. Nothing has consumed the body before your handler runs, so there is no raw-body trap like Express has.

toH3Handler is the same function as toNuxtHandler and toNitroHandler — pick the import that matches what you call your framework.
